Wednesday Night Group Run
Wednesday, 6 PM - 7 PM · Weekly Event
Sick of running all by your lonesome? Join us for our Wednesday night group run! We've got a great group of 25-30 people who join us regularly and we'd love to add some more! All levels of runners and walkers are invited, we have a 3, 5 or 7 mile loop to run and if you're in the need for some speed we have a track workout as well!
This is also a great spot to try out the latest and greatest from all of our vendors, we'll bring them in a few times a month they'll let you test out the newest product and they may even bring some snacks and a few brews...or pop for those under 21! Our run starts at 6pm and we gather in our New Balance Community Room.
Community Yoga Class

Join us for Community Yoga every Saturday in our New Balance Community Room! Class is only $5! This is a great opportunity to try an activity that is proven to improve strength, flexibility, and reduce injuries!
P.E. Fitness CORE CLASS
Monday, 6 PM - 6:40 PM · Weekly Event
This Core class will be a 40 minute AB Blast workout presented by the crew at PE Fitness Studio! Class will revolve around movements to strengthen and tighten your core muscles (important for any runner!) using simple body weight exercises. Come and find out how integral your core is to your everyday life and workout/running routine! Class takes place at Rhode Runner from 6:00 to 6:40 on Monday nights.
Good Form Running Clinic - December
Thursday, 6 PM - 7 PM
Join us for our Good Form Running Clinic! Good Form Running is a great way to reduce injuries and keep your running form efficient and comfortable! It is free and is taught by Hunter Stewart a Rhode Runner employee who is a Good Form Running Certified. Hunter is also a USATF certified coach and currently is coaching at CCRI. Feel free to ask him any questions!
Be sure to dress in athletic apparel as there will be some physical activity. We also ask as always, if you have any old running shoes please bring them by and we will recycle them!

Providence Fight For Air Climb

The American Lung Association is holding its 6th Annual Fight for Air Climb at the Omni Providence Hotel in Downtown Providence. Join more than 900 climbers racing up 22 floors inside the Omni and help in the ALA's mission to promote lung health and prevent lung disease. Join as an individual or start a team. After-party at Ri Ra Irish Pub.
